I. Objective: To openly select students to be the hosts of the Opening Ceremony for the 113th academic year.

2. Qualifications: Students enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs (including master's and doctoral programs) who are articulate, have good stage presence, are responsive, and have relevant qualifications are preferred.

3. Application date: From now until 9:00 a.m. on May 20, 2024 (Monday) (electronic files must be delivered within the time limit and a reply must be received to complete the application); late applications will not be accepted.
